For standard shipping, orders will be delivered by the Private Indian courier service. Due to factors that commonly affect shipments, such as weather delays, holidays and customs inspections, we are unable to guarantee shipping times. These are only estimates.Ā

Our policy lastsĀ 3Ā days. If 3 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we canāt offer you a refund or exchange.
WeĀ accept the return of products which were shipped out by us and if the itemĀ is faulty due to an error on our endĀ (e.g. wrong item).Ā Item(s) must be returned together with proof of purchase.

Requirements for Returns:
- Must include a valid original purchase order number purchases made outsideĀ must contact their seller for returns.
- All returned products should be in the original packaging without any missing contents.
- If you want to return the product then 70% of your order amount will be refunded as we deduct 30% for our courier and packing charges (For Prepaid Orders Only).
- Refund processes could take up to 6-8 working days after the item is received.
- We recommend adding a tracking number or delivery confirmation with your shipment to ensure your return is received (highly recommended for International returns).

- If we have sent you aĀ Wrong ProductĀ by mistake then Reverse Pickup will be done for free.Ā Shipping of the replacement product is also done for free.Ā
- If we have sent you the right product then Return shipping will be at the buyerās cost.
- As soon as the product is picked up from you, we dispatch the replacement simultaneously (time to resolution reduced by 3 days).
